List playback artifacts under media-playback/attachments/{id}

/wp-json/wp2/media-converter/v1/attachments/:id/artifacts

Lists playback artifact folders (sources, subtitles, chapters, thumbnails, stills) already bound to the video attachment. Upload the original video via core POST /wp/v2/media. PlayerJS skins are not part of this API.
